Good to hear. It definitely looks to harken back to the original version which was conceived as more of a horror film before it settled into campiness with the sequels. This has a lot of diehard Godzilla fans upset but I'm all for it.
Sounds like a fun gimmick.
Cool. Too bad the whole thing couldn't be set in 1954. It would definitely be more interesting.
