Why Stop at BatFleck When You Can Have The Affleck League

In recent days it’s been announced that Ben Affleck will be the new Batman. This has in turn stirred up some of the largest outcries in movie history, with fans either supporting the change or not. In the wake of all that, some interesting things have been made. Some Batman fans have made trailers for the new movie, while others have made fan art.

One of the more interesting Batfleck fan parodies that has surfaced is a piece of art from Kevinbolk on deviantART. It features Ben Affleck not just as Batman, but the entire Justice League!

The Untold Truth Of Ben Affleck's Batman

There's a line from Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi" that says "you don't know what you got 'til it's gone." That's also an accurate assessment of Ben Affleck's time as Batman. Though his initial casting was met with fan backlash (let's feign shock and horror here), he established himself as a credible and distinct Dark Knight. Some fans have even proclaimed him the best Batman there's ever been. The Oscar-winning filmmaker has made it clear that he no longer wants to make big franchise movies, including superhero flicks, so "The Flash" may well end up being his Batman swansong.
