MTV:
Jaimie Alexander is a big comic book fan. She not only gets to play Lady Sif in the "Thor" movies, but she also has her sights set on one day playing Marvel mutant X-23. ("I'm too old to play X-23. I've been told 100 times," she tells MTV News with a laugh. It's okay! I get it!") But one character she doesn't expect to ever play is Wonder Woman — not because of a lack of interest, but because she wants to see the character treated with the respect she deserves.
"I used to be [interested], but then I've seen how many failed attempts there have been in making it," Alexander told us about her "Wonder Woman" aspirations during the "Last Stand" junket. "It's embarrassing for me as a woman, seeing what they did with that TV show."
but seeing Diana's early years before she sported the spangly bustier might be interesting.
at the same time, i'd love to see Wonder Woman finally make it on to the big screen.
as one third of the DC trinity, it's about time she got the recognition she deserves.
Honestly look at the cartoon DC Animation did. It was awesome. Not take that and bring it a little more down to earth and you will be fine....
That won't happen, we all know it wont. They forget that fantasy is okay, not everything needs to be "realistic"...
I always see WW as more along the lines of Batman..More Human and dealing with Story than Super powers and Special effects!
Any Big screen adaptation would be HORRIBLE!
we know he's going to be doing that.
as far as powers and abilities go, she's a lot closer to Superman than Batman.
