Like with the comic book, I found myself inspired by the film. The best parts of the film, where Evans delivered the most, was when he was just being Steve. Even through the Cap persona, who he was before was the best part of his character.

And yes, the extra at the end was amazing. Even though I had also seen it here before, I still watched it as well.

Don't feel bad. I was the same way as well. I was uninterested at first but then by the end of book two I started watching and was hooked since then. Now I can't wait for this one because it looks freaking amazing.

What? No comments? I can't be the only person excited for this. In any case, this looks amazing. I can't wait for this to air.

I don't know, already it looks better to me than the Stallone version. Ultimately it will come down to what the story is like that will determine if I like it or not, not just how it looks.

There have actually been talks with the NAACP about Disney releasing the film Song of the South (the movie basis for Splash Mountain). So far they are still a ways away from an agreement, but that they are willing to listen now is a big step in it being released.

Well, I would completely scrap that the Haunted Mansion (cringe) and Tower of Terror (double cringe) were already movies and list them to be made. I also would like to see Jungle Cruise (which has been announced as starring Tim Allen and Tom Hanks). I would like to see Space Mountain get a movie. Also, just because I think it would be a good animated family film if done right, It's A Small World.

I don't quite see Mark Ruffalo in there. At least with Eric Bana and Edward Norton we could see their influences on the Hulk's look. Here, he looks nothing like the actor playing him.

According to the director, it is a sequel, and these are his words as he gives a synopsis the script: "Set several years after the first film, Johnny Blaze is in self-imposed exile from the world. Blaze has become a tormented soul, convinced that his powers are a curse. Former stuntman Blaze is then approached by Moreau, a member of the monastic order of Michael, the warrior angel. Moreau seeks a protector for a mother and son duo who are being pursued by a figure named Roarke – a fellow...

I still have hope for this franchise. I don't see why a total reboot would be needed, but if they could work out some way to bring back Sarah Conner, even if just in a flashback, I think it would really work.

I didn't think it was boring. My wife and I have seen it three times in theaters, so I guess that shows how much I liked it. I saw Thor just as many times as well.

Just can't please some people I guess. You must be part of the minority who didn't like the film. Generally more people were pleased with it than not. Especially around comic book circles.

Wow, it looks like a mix of The Shining and Silent Hill. This is definitely one that I will catch in theaters.

Agreed. I love looking up some of my favorite actors' and actresses' bios to see what early stuff they have been in and go and find them in it.

Yeah, I remember when I first saw Captain Canuck I thought he was a redesigned Guardian from Alpha Flight. It wasn't until I actually bought a few copies of the old 1975 series that I realized he was someone totally different.

You should really check out the IDW graphic novel collections, they are quite interesting. Hm, I wouldn't mind seeing this movie if it gets made.

Yeah, it changes so much, and with all the retconning Marvel has done over the past ten years...

As of about 5 or six years ago though, both Spidey and Wolverine has been active members of the Avengers. More so Spidey than Wolverine. Actually, it is quite impressive how important Spidey is to the Avengers often times being the heart of the team.

But that is another discussion altogether.

I have read most of the Howling Commandos stories and I love it in recent stories where James Howlett/Logan is teaming with them or with Cap on missions, especially regarding the Black Widow.

As with Bucky, I know he was part of the Kid Commandos, but they were more associated with the Invaders than Nick Fury's group.

I could be wrong, with so many stories featuring everyone involved, I may have missed one or two, but as far as I or anyone on my staff kn...

The article makes some valid arguments for a couple of these films. But the ones that I agree with it most on are Predator 2, Hannibal, Die Hard, With a Vengeance: The Lost World: Jurassic Park, and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.

Predator 2 was a fun and bloody fight-fest that may not have been as original as the first one but defined the Predators as top notch hunters throughout time and the galaxy more so than the first. (Anyone remember the Alien skull at the end of t...

Wasn't Wolverine a member of the Howling Commandos only in the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon? I am a huge fan of the old comic and don't ever remember seeing Wolverine as a member. He fought alongside them as part of the Canadian Special Forces in WWII, but not as a member.

The same with Bucky. He was always Captain America's sidekick as he enlisted in the army at age 16. After impressing his commanders, he was presented to Cap as his partner and...

Nice list. A little too heavy with Ghibli titles, but a good list. As for the top 3, my list would actually be

3. Ninja Scroll
2. Akira
1. Grave of the Fireflies

While I certainly agree with you on this point, I would be a hypocrite if I didn't point out that I did watch it.
