Yes the back and forth over which is better, Robot Chicken or Family Guy is always awesome, especially the rant at the end of SSSDS.

Must buy! This is a sick book and I'll be all over it once I can find it! Thanks for the listing!

Well, that explains that. Now I'm totally curious as to how I can apply it in my own little project. Maybe we'll see something soon.

I'm not sure even a fresh hot face can help the Transformers franchise being led by Michael Bay. I could barely tolerate the first one, the 2nd one was just shy of inducing violent emesis so I'm not sure if a third will actually do us any good. Sigh, it's coming though so I can't forget my Pepto and Immodium.

Hell yes! Something, Something, Something Dark Side was hysterical. Can't wait for the big finish. No...no you go buy...

Sandra deserves everything she has coming to her. A gorgeous, multi-talented actress who you'd rarely find in the tabloids. Congrats on a new record!

Hmmm, I'm seeing the series in a whole new light...should have been some female stormtroopers in there. But now we can truly dream.

Now this was a sweet article. Terminator 2 and Fight Club got my adrenaline pumping. The 90's was my teenage decade and there was no better time to be a teenager. The movies released were fearless and often genre-breaking. Both acting and special effects were at the height of their game and each of the films listed really grabbed your full focus when you saw them. Some trailers were better than the films (Godzilla, Phantom Menace) but some left much to the imagination and the film tu...

I'm still not sold on Blu-Ray. Just too damn expensive to update my 750+ DVD library. Hopefully it won't go totally BR and leave us troglodites in the dust.

I have a combined love for Carpenter and Hilary Swank. I can't remember if she's ever done a straight horror film, but it will be nice to see her stretch her terror-chops. And as for having Carpenter back in the game, let's see what kind of atrocities he can bring us. Lord knows he needed a break since Ghosts of Mars.

Now that's dedication and love put to good use.

Awesome...awesome...awesome... the first Rec was incredibly terrifying and I'm chomping at the bit to see this follow-up. The remakes were meh. But bring on that sweet sweet Japanese horror.

I do hope it's a bit more open in its scope than 300 was. Remembering that Miller changed a great many details about the original Battle at Thermopylae Pass to make it more dramatic, who knows what we will see.

That and I'm not sure my ego can take seeing so many six-packs again. :(

I'm just glad she's out and done. The woman cannot act, she is a product of the industry, and is a shining example of the tawdry tactics used by modern Hollywood to make money.

Whatever happened to the Old Hollywood attitude?

As I've said before, watch this one film if you dare. They really pull off the unspeakable. And remember, it could actually be done in real life, making it all the more terrifying. The game itself, after seeing the film, was all the more trippy and insane.

So far our scientists have cloned animals, created a fully synthetic living cell, and has developed the ability to grow human parts on animals. Can't wait for the research testing. What unlocked potential await...

Ultra sexy, but only for the serious WM Buff, price tag waaaaay too steep for this collector.

I actually have to say that when the hype breaks the horizon, I avoid the film until the reviews are in. It's a sad way to go and I have missed some good films on opening day because of it, but not enough to really break the desire to avoid the deluge of crap.

Big actors, secret plots, fake scripts online, and other attempts at subterfuge do not get my attention, they merely annoy me and keep me away until the DVD arrives.

They diverted so strangely in the middle of Apocalypse that Extinction was a complete mess. Visually catchy, but nonetheless unengaged for fans of the VG series. Nonetheless, Afterlife may be able to breathe some needed life into the undead series by getting back to the VG roots. Still, it most likely will not top the first film, as it Anderson took it straight from the visual feel of what Capcom created. I guess we'll see. I just hate that the Cameron Fusion "I'm Better Tha...

Really nice. Good to see that indie editors are really making a place for themselves in the mainstream. Can't wait to see what the future holds for these thematic creationists.

Hey when you see a dollar, you grab it. I imagine it's the same philosophy as Wal-Mart carrying video games. Though they make the lion's share of their money from housewares and groceries, they can throw the video game selection is as mere add-on opportunity. They don't need it, but they can take money from competitors as a kind of "shine-on". It's not to serve customers, but to sucker punch the competition by stealing their dollars.
