Boolean Flix writes: "Writer-director Joss Whedon has finally delivered on Marvel studios’ five-year promise by smashing up the screen and unleashing a fury of its favourite characters to save the world. Just fitting the three established egos of Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), Captain America (Chris Evans) and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) had to be head-scratcher for Whedon. But he also had to introduce us to two characters who non-Avengers know relatively little about – Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner). And he has to repair the damage to Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) after previous stabs at the big green giant left seemingly irreparable damage. No small challenge then."
