The main voice cast was already confirmed to return, including Jay Baruchel (Hiccup), Craig Ferguson (Belch), America Ferrera (Astrid), Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Fishlegs), Jonah Hill (Snotlout), TJ Miller (Ruffnut) and Kristen Wiig (Tuffnut). Well it's good to know they have the full cast back now. I definitely enjoyed the first one and will be eager to see a sequel.

How to Train Your Dragon was probably the best animated film of 2010. I enjoyed it more than Toy Story 3.

I heard they're planning like 8 of these films though? That's going to be hard to keep the interest up. Then again if they're as good as the first I won't be complaining.

Also! Give Kristen Wiig and Jonah Hill more lines this time around. Especially Wiig.

I'm glad you say that. I probably enjoyed it a tad bit more than I enjoyed Toy Story 3 as well. Or at the very least, just as much as Toy Story 3.

And 8 of them? Hadn't heard that. I would hope not though. They didn't even do that many Shrek movies. Just 4 of those (plus a couple TV specials) and I think they were running out of steam there.

Not to mention, they're working on a TV series for How to Train Your Dragon. So, I don't see them having enough material to keep this franchise fresh and interesting that long. I think 2 or 3 and they should let it go.

Wow, not just this franchise but Kung Fu Panda and Madagascar as well. Well, DreamWorks does know how to bleed a franchise dry. I will give them that.

It's like they make something great and are so afraid that they can't make anything like that again that they just keep beating that horse till it's dead and beyond.

I never heard of this movie until now. If it's good as Toy Story 3 then I have to check it out.

Is that sarcasm? If not, have you been living under a rock?

No it isn't. I don't think this movie was advertised that much was it?

Edit: Got my answer

Story wise it was better than Toy Story 3, visually it had better enviroments, and character wise it developed something emotionally. Toy Story 3 is for the Toy Story fans, so its two differnt experiences.

Its easy to "forget" about this movie as marketing didn't last long. However to not know it never existed? lol

I loved the first one a ton, almost as much as Tangled lol. I did like it a lot more than Toy Story 3, and im a Toy Story freak. However the story and the fact they only signed people to one movie proves this was all setup to only be one film. Im not too happy Dreamworks plans to milk it....
