MMGN: Unstoppable has a lot of failings. Scenes without the lead actors border on terrible, and the forced sense of urgency completely ruins the pacing. There’s a runaway deadly train, the audience is smart enough to figure out the stakes for themselves. It’s an exhilarating ride with two fantastic leads that’s smothered with explosions, Hooters girls and useless side characters that derail the momentum.
