In 2004, Chris Kentis and Laura Lau premiered their feature film Open Water. The film went on to be quite the sensation at Sundance that year. Personally, I didn’t think it lived up to the hype. While some elements of it were done well and showed promise, the film as a whole just didn’t deliver for me. Now, the duo are back and will be premiering their second film at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. The Sundance Institute announced that Silent House will premiere in the out-of-competition Park City at Midnight section.
"Polite Society" has all the workings of a sleeper hit thanks to its blend of action, comedy, and injection of culture to make it stand out.

I hated Open Water....It did absolutely nothing for me, and I felt like I wasted my time watching it. I know a lot of people talk about how 'defining' it was, but it was boring.
