DeadLine: I'm told that "everybody's interested" in a new pitch that just went out to Hollywood studios for Jay Roach to direct Zach Galifianakis and Will Ferrell in a political comedy about 2 candidates timed to 2012's U.S. presidential election. (To make it more realistic, one of those candidates should be a woman since Sarah Palin or Hillary Clinton could be running...) Remember that Roach has experience in this genre; he replaced Sydney Pollack as the director of HBO's 2008 Emmy-winning dramedy Recount about the 2000 Bush vs Gore election.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
Ummm..Yay? I'm not sure how I feel on this one. I'd love to see those 2 together, but not in a random goofy comedy. I'd like them to try something out in a normal comedic film, with a good story and all. Who knows this could be good.
