'Carol', 'Big Short' Lead Noms For Australian Academy's International Awards

The Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts has unveiled nominees for its 5th annual International Awards. The Weinstein Co’s Carol is in the lead, followed by Paramount’s The Big Short, Warner Bros’ Mad Max: Fury Road and Fox’s The Revenant in a repeat of Alejandro G Inarritu’s nod for Birdman which was the eventual winner last year.
