Collider: When Warner Bros. announced that Ezra Miller would be playing the titular character in The Flash feature film, the TV series iteration of the comic book character was just getting off the ground on the small screen with Grant Gustin filling the role of Barry Allen. Little did we know, though, that The CW’s The Flash would build a substantial following alongside seriously positive critical buzz. The show is now in its second season, and The Flash movie just hired a writer/director (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter scribe Seth Grahame-Smith, making his feature directorial debut), but some fans of the TV show remain hopeful that the two Flashes can exists in the same world. After all, historically The Flash deals with multiverses, so it’s possible, if not exactly practical.
