Seven New Photos From ‘Man of Steel’ Show Zod, Jor-El, and Superman in Flight

The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly has a big S on its chest and it surely doesn’t disappoint. Man of Steel is the featured film and, in the article, there are seven brand new photos as well as a ton of new info on the highly anticipated Superman reboot. You see one of those photos above. Our first really good look at Zod in full gear. Looks awesome. Amy Adams was perfect casting for the role of Lois. She looks like everything that Lois is to Clark/Superman. I'm even more excited for this movie than ever before.

I have a feeling that Michael Shannon(who I've never watched in anything before)is going to turn in THE seminal portrayal of Zod. Can't wait

Lane is supposed to have dark hair not blonde! We already have way too many blondes and red-heads on films.

She's actually more a redhead...and if I recall correctly, Lois has been a redhead in both comics and on Smallville at one time.

She looks bang on for the part. I see the soft features of a desirable woman mixed with the hard edged drive of a strong personality. Don't get me wrong, I loved Margot Kidder as Lois and those movies hold a very special place in my heart having grown up on them but I think Amy Adams is going to knock it out of the park here and people are going to totally forget that she's not sporting the darker hair that most associate with the role.

the man of steel will be the film of the year, the pictures alone look powerful, all characters are well portrayed, i think amy adams will nail her part strongly and kevin costner is a very smart addition by making a strong father figure to superman when on earth i think supermans relationship with his addoptive parents will play a big part here not like the older superman movies.
