Argo is a film in the category nothing wrong with that, but not overwhelming. A film with a strong story, pleasant to the eye, layered and actors who are well cast. While Ben Affleck was good someone other than himself could have been chosen for the lead role. It is awarded to him, because Affleck is fast demonstrating that he is an excellent director.
