Looks awesome! I like the vibe that image is giving off. Scorpion is epic!

I'm hoping it's not as bad as Cravens latest film, My Soul To Take. What a piece of garbage.

I'm surprised this movie is getting such low reviews. I thought it was quite enjoyable. Nothing perfect, but I thought it would find an audience, guess not.

You are correct sir. After a closer inspection, I do see the blue a little better!

Oh for sure. We'll probably see quite a few flashbacks and I can see Nolan giving us a little Neeson!

Looking good, I don't like the lack of blue in the outfit, but I can dismiss that since this is the first image.

There gonna go smooth for sure, but it just feels tedious.

It's kind of like when Rob Zombie recasts EVERYONE in ALL of his movies. Mix it up man, give us a little variety!

I like how Nolan has only used Bale for Batman and Prestige. I also like how Leo is probably a one and done. We get a perfect dose of him, without making his presence annoying.

Keep Hardy and Marion, get rid of JGL and Page.

Cillian Murphy would be a great call! Or perhaps maybe Ben Foster? I've always rooted for Ben in everything he's done. Such a great actor with lots of flexibility as far as roles go.

3:10 to Yuma, Pandorum, Hostage, Alpha Dog, The Messenger, 30 Days of Night.

All had excellent performances by Ben, even with the films themselves weren't that great.

I always thought that he would have made the better Freddy Krueger then say Jackie E...

@Arcee: Oh, I know! It sucks that we can't get that balance. I thought 2004's version with Thomas Jane was able to capture more of the emotion of The Punisher, but it lacked the violence and revenge and instead made The Punisher look like a pussy.

The 2008 Punisher: War Zone managed to give us that awesome visual style of The Punisher mixed with the extreme violence, but it lacked depth for the character and went into "campy" territory. I will fully admit th...

This worries me, I dislike it when a director reuses his cast on his next film. I don't mind a few characters here and there, but at this point we have JGL, Hardy AND Marion? Can't he go out of his comfort zone and cast someone new?

I will note that ALL of these actors and actresses are very good at what they do, I enjoy all of them for the most part (minus JGL).

Yeah, thinking back, I do remember really enjoying HTTYD the first time around in theaters, but when I watched Toy Story 3 at home, it came out ahead. I think TS 3 just manages to do better on repeat viewings then HTTYD.

Iron Man tends to be the only movie that I disagree with a lot of people about. I found the first one to be really boring and kind of over rated. Its a great role for RDJ, but I was never interested with the Iron Man character as a kid and I still am not inte...

Yeah, theaters haven't really helped that much, but allowing someone to watch it at home will definitely increase the piracy rate. Can you imagine how easy it could be to copy a film if you order it on your Cable Box?

If one guy copies it off one of those 30 dollar rentals, they can share it with all there friends or upload it and pass it around like wild fire.

Yeah, I can see lots of good coming from this for instances like you mentioned and just for nights when you don't feel like going out, but still want to check out a new film.

I just see it leading to piracy and even Blu-ray and DVD sales going down, which would suck :(

Only thing I can agree with is Inception and Kick-Ass.

Jackass 3D was fun, but nothing special.

The Expendables was a complete disappointment. The latest Rambo was far superior.

Prince of Persia was HORRIBLE. Complete garbage.

Iron Man 2 was worse then the mediocre Iron Man.

How to Train your Dragon was awesome, I'll give ya that.

Despicable Me just didn't work for me. Came off kind o...

I'm excited for Scream 4. I am VERY worried because Craven is a horrible director as of late, but my friend keeps reminding me that the original writer is back, so this could have potential. I'm going in with low expectations.

I'm an old fashion popcorn and soda guy, so this is lame news for me. I understand that they are trying to lower obesity, but if I want popcorn with butter and a large Coke, then it should be my right to have it. If kids are getting fat off this stuff, it's not the theaters fault or anyone else, it's the parents for not teaching them how to eat and eventually it's the kids fault for not knowing common sense. Fatty foods are bad for you, but that doesn't mean you can't ...

I'm all for AMC and Regal theaters fighting back. I dislike the idea of renting a movie at home that fast and I think that if that does it happen, it will increase piracy and cause a drop in ticket sales at the theaters. I feel that the best experience is the movie theater and I don't want to see it fall. I think it's smart that they are going to decrease trailers from those studios if they go ahead and do it!

Lets hope these "shorts" get enough attention so that we can someday see a full length feature!

God, this looks awesome but WHY can't they just make a movie. The original 7 min clip was SOOO SWEET.

4772d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Yeah, there is no need for a remake, but at least there channeling a faithful director.
