You are right about the long drawn out part. Also it would’ve been overly dramatic with little to no humor.
At least it was fun and just coherent enough to be enjoyable, unlike the drivel that was Batman v Superman, which was a total unwatchable mess.

I absolutely agree with you Newmanator. All the films are fun to watch and generally fantastic, but critics say otherwise. I'm appreciate the fact I can think for myself and form my own opinions.
Your not missing much. The subtle twists are actually NOT subtle at all, unless you're cooking dinner or something while the movie is on, and totally not paying attention to the movie.

Hell yeah. Leto sucked hard. He's intolerable with his constant grumbling and acting school quality acting. He may have acted crazy for the role, just not the right kind of demented crazy the joker is known for.

I thought Leto's performance left a lot to be desired. Despite what they cut out, Ledger's performance wowed me in a 30 second tv spot (whose casting I was initially against), Leto had a whole movie to impress me and did absolutely no justice to the character. I felt like he was Jared Leto playing the Joker instead of being The Joker.
He is perfect for Affleck though who, while an ok Batman, was a terrible Bruce Wayne. Pretty much the same gripes I have with Leto ...

Batman and Robin is more of a cult classic. Lots of rediculously over saturated camp. So bad that it's good. Bats vs Supes, just bad.
I have an issue with the helmets. Other than the red ranger's, you can't really discern one from the other. They all look similar to the pterodactyl design with the arched visors.
