IGN - We last left Dewey Crowe in the hands of a pretty got dang deranged doctor/surgeon, ("Lance"). As he woke up in this episode, covered in blood, Lance claimed he removed Dewey's two kidneys, put them on ice and told Dewey he had four hours to get $30,000 or else he'd be so in pain, his bones would break from his muscles spasming so hard from not having those vital organs. Quite an image.
