It's hard to believe it's been nearly ten years since Kate Beckinsale first donned the skintight leather catsuit and corset. The original Underworld was a surprise success and garnered a sequel and a prequel. Beckinsale starred in the sequel Underworld: Evolution but only had a brief cameo in the prequel Underworld: Rise of the Lycons which was released in 2009. Since then she's been rather quite and hasn't starred in any films in 2010 or 2011. Now she seems to be back and in a big way starring in four films set to be released in 2012 including Contraband, the Total Recall remake, Happy Holidays, Katherine Sloane, and returning to the franchise that made her a fanboy wet dream in Underworld: Awakening.
