To me the best on TV is Bones, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Burn Notice, Leverage, Justified, The Closer(this summer is last 6 episodes).
As for funny ones...New Girl, Big Bang Theory, Two Broke Girls.
Some of the new ones I think are going to be really good like The Finder on Fox after Bones and Touch. Alcatraz is going to be one those I will be watching for sure....can't think of any more right now.
