Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson – Marley & Me) is on his way back home after a successful stint on the race circuit. When he gets home he meets up with his old pal Mater (Larry The Cable Guy - Cars) but it’s not long before the two of them get inadvertently involved in a global conspiracy. However, with 2 British agents at Mater’s disposal, Finn McMissile (Michael Caine – The Dark Knight Rises) and Holley Shiftwell (Emily Mortimer – Shutter Island) it’s not long before Mater becomes the hero and steps up to the podium to save the day.
