The Voice Of TV: ABC Family kicks off its summer season this month with a host of new shows for tweens and possibly 20-somethings. I got a chance to check out Raven Symone’s (The Cosby Show, Cheetah Girls) State of Georgia early. While it definitely needs more development, I think it has potential to be a solid hit for the network.
