Jeremy of The Media Stomp wrote, "Thor is awesome. It's so unique and fresh when compared to other Marvel films. It's the first big Marvel character that isn't grounded on Earth. He's from another realm and director Kenneth Branagh is not afraid to show it. The visuals are very pleasing, the acting is great and the action is explosive. Thor has a very simple story behind it, but that is part of what helps make it so successful. They never try to accomplish anything unreachable. Everyone involved manages to bring their best to the table and it really does show. Thor could have easily been a failure. It could have been a horrible start to the new batch of Avenger films and it could have made Marvel the laughing stock of the studios, but it delivers! It's the perfect balance of what you love in a comic book movie. It has tons of action, a great and likeable lead and some really good humor."
The latest "Deadpool & Wolverine" trailer gave us a glimpse at the MCU's golden boys kicking butt and taking names - as well as a whole mess of Easter eggs.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
I agree. It wasn't over done. The characters in it were great. I didn't even know that Anthony Hopkins was in it until I went to see it yesterday and I like him in anything.
I didn't see it in 3D since I have to stay away from 3D for good reasons but it was still unbelieveable. The cinematography and special effects with the music were just an added pleasure. It was even more than I expected. The story line they chose made sense. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable afternoon at the movies.
mhmm now i feel like watching this movie
Too bad I'm too busy this weekend with stuff, otherwise I would've seen Thor by now, great review.
What?!?
This movie is terrible!
3D was pointless. See it in 2D.
It's a good movie, though.
