On the eve of his coronation as King, Thor (Chris Hemsworth – Star Trek) makes a rash and ill-judged decision that brings the peaceful realm of Asgard back into the throws of war. His father Odin (Anthony Hopkins – The Wolfman) is enraged by his arrogance and immaturity and banishes him to Earth, stripping him of his powers and his weapon Mjolnir, a hammer that wields extraordinary power. Now stranded on earth, Thor learns from his mistakes and must find a way to return to Asgard to protect it from the advances of the warring Frost Giants and the dark intentions of his brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston - Archipelago) who wants Thor’s place on the throne.
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
