Chicagonow: The fall TV season gets into full swing next week, with almost all your old favorites--and maybe some new ones--making their debuts. I've already written about the 10 returning shows I'm looking forward to watching again. Here are the 10 new series, listed in alphabetical order, that I enjoyed the most.
Keep in mind, I've seen just the first episode of a lot of these shows. Whether a series fulfills the promise of its pilot is always the question.
Mother of the Bride Review: The rom-com follows soon-to-be wedded couple, RJ & Emma and the chaos that ensues when their former lover parents come across.
Dark Matter Review: Although some of its runtime might be quite dense, there are moments in this sci-fi series that leaves you at the edge of your seat.
Down The Rabbit Hole Review: The movie has few, if any, moments that make you laugh, and it feels like it was rushing to its conclusion.
Pretty excited about Boardwalk. I just found out about it recently but Buscemi is great and I loved the Sopranos. Not to mention Scorsese is involved.
