Because they look and sound better on blu-ray. Plus you will get to own them and if you want, you can sell them. Also, if Disney decides to pull them from Disney+, than what? Or what if they stop Disney+ alltogether? It's unlikely but it's possible. Lastly, some people like to collect them.
