Most memorable jump scare for me was seeing the old man's face in the mirror in Poltergeist 2 when I was a kid, had me scared of mirrors for weeks. More recent would be the lawnmower scene in Sinister, I was tanked up on caffeine watching it alone in the dark with surround sound headphones on.. I had to turn the movie off for 5 minutes to compose myself my hands were shaking so hard.
