FGE - If there’s one thing Suicide Squad has going for it, it’s that unlike Batman Vs Superman, it knows exactly what it wants to achieve! It’s just a shame that what the film wants to achieve is not the pompously fun dirty dozen caper the trailers would have you believe. Suicide Squad doesn’t particular fail in anyway, but what it does do is give us a superhero movie the likes of which we’ve never seen before, which unfortunately results in a plot that while not terrible is just as mixed as the characters that inhabit it.
