Originally set to debut July 19, Shooter was postponed a week by USA Network after the tragic and fatal July 7 shooting in Dallas. That was the right thing to do, but from what I’ve seen the NBCUniversal-owned cabler might want to consider just not putting this terrible show on the air at all.
