EB: I’m certain that I wasn’t the only one impatiently sitting up last night, waiting for the new Assassin’s Creed trailer to drop. I may have been the only one listening to AC2’s soundtrack in preparation, but that’s besides the point.
I’ve always been one that’s been somewhat indifferent towards video game movies; especially since so many have been poorly executed in the past. Since Assassin’s Creed is one of my all-time favorite franchises, it was hard not to have high expectations for this movie. I mean, freaking Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard were casted, so it has to be relatively decent, right? Regardless of the fact, I strived to keep my expectations low so that I wouldn’t become disappointed in any way.
