Pacific Rim Uprising is a lazily written follow up to the 2013 Gundam homage Pacific Rim. While in may deliver in the special effect/building destruction department, the hollow story is devoid of any relatable characters.
Scarlet Witch was played by Elizabeth Olson, unless you're referring to a different Scarlet Witch.
Also Charlie Day kind of annoyed me in the 1st film. I wasn't expecting to like him in the sequel anyways.
Pacific Rim came out in 2013 and was a guilty pleasure for those that love big robots fighting large monsters. The first film's North America take was soft, but the film made enough money worldwide to warrant a sequel almost five years later called Pacific Rim Uprising.
