Ultrons body may be dead, but hes an AI corrupted by the mind gem. He will never be truly dead. The 1st thing he would surely do is create a "backup" of himself on multiple computers/devices/satelites in remote parts of the world if things went tits up. I know I would lol Stay in hiding until the times right. Its not like AVG or Norton will detect him. Or anything else for that matter :)

Cant see The Vision surviving the Infinity War. Probably die early on. Thanos will rip that gem from him and turn him in shredded pork. Hes powered by it so dont see how he'll make it through.

Theres bound to people along the way that can bring people back to life in regards to you know who, so anything can happen really.

As for hulk, who knows what they got planned for him. At a loss on that one.

Exciting times ahead
