Paramount Pictures, Skydance Productions and JJ Abrams’ Bad Robot just set Justin Lin to direct Star Trek 3, filling the biggest open directing assignment out there with the filmmaker credited with reviving the Fast & Furious series. From JJ Abrams...to Justin Lin. I mean wow, just wow.
The guy behind the shitty Fast and Furious films to do the third Star Trek film. They really must of been out of options here because this is such a poor pick and a major downgrade from Abrams.
He's not my first choice, or my 10th choice, but aside from Fast Five, his films are alright. Tbh, Abrams really isn't as godly as some make him out to be. Lol
