Justin Lin...are they bloody serious

From JJ Abrams...to Justin Lin. I mean wow, just wow.

The guy behind the shitty Fast and Furious films to do the third Star Trek film. They really must of been out of options here because this is such a poor pick and a major downgrade from Abrams.

Major downgrade from Abrams? I don't really care for the choice but lets not oversell the last guy who was creatively involved in...well where the "not your father's" Star Trek has gone.

It's not really overselling, I don't care that much for Abrams but compared to Lin it makes him look like a god.

But even with that sort of comparison...it still seems like overselling in that regard. Considering how this F&F director seems more consistent in composing good shots for action scenes compared to Abrams...I still wouldn't even go that far.

Personally, I'd be more worried if the same screenwriters were onboard.

He's not my first choice, or my 10th choice, but aside from Fast Five, his films are alright. Tbh, Abrams really isn't as godly as some make him out to be. Lol

Get ready for more pod racing! lol

couldn't they just wait till Abram finished his Star Wars VII? i look at Justin Lin wikipedia page, and he doesn't seem have a good track record compared to JJ Abram
