EW:
AMC is refocusing on scripted content, thereby canceling nearly all of its reality shows. Specifically, the network will continue to air Talking Dead, the promotional companion to The Walking Dead, and Comic Book Men, with all other unscripted projects coming to an end.
“Scripted originals are at the core of the AMC brand,” AMC said in a statement. “Iconic shows like Mad Men, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead have driven AMC’s evolution into a must-have television network. We are proud of our efforts in unscripted programming and the unique worlds we have been able to introduce, but in an environment of exploding content options for viewers, we have decided to make scripted programming our priority.”
Ashley Madison: Sex, Lies & Scandal Review: The Netflix documentary explores the rise and fall of the adulterous affairs dating site, and the repercussions on its users.
TNS: "Despite years of mindless cash-ins and unimaginative copy-paste borefests, video game adaptations have finally turned a corner! Here are the best of the best."
The Nerd Stash: "Saddle your dragons, dear viewers, because House of the Dragon has unveiled a brand-new trailer for its second season, which is coming soon."
I'm so glad for Comic Book Men. I do watch that and it's only a 30 minute show. The guys on the show are very funny and the stuff they deal with a always fun to watch.
