The star shot the Louis Zamperini biopic in Sydney and Queensland earlier this year.
Sydney will host the world premiere of Angelina Jolie’s Unbroken on Nov. 17, distributor Universal Pictures said Thursday.
Jolie will return to Sydney where she shot the inspirational story of U.S. World War II veteran and Olympic athlete Louis Zamperini earlier this year. Unbroken, Jolie’s sophomore feature as a director, is generating Oscar buzz ahead of its U.S. release on Christmas Day. The film was also shot in Queensland, Australia.
