While there is still no sign of a stateside release anytime soon, over in Australia, cinemas are gearing up for the crime thriller "Son Of A Gun." With a couple weeks to go before it arrives, a batch of new photos and the first clip have landed.
Written and directed by Julius Avery, and co-starring rising talents Alicia Vikander and Brenton Thwaites (not to mention a guy named Ewan McGregor you may have heard of), the film tells the tale of a gold heist hatched by a career criminal and his young protege. Of course, things go wrong, a girl gets involved, and hell presumably breaks loose among everyone involved. This new clip takes you to the beginning of the story with an early meeting between the two jailbirds who later team up on the job.
