Here we have a new trailer for the upcoming western drama film titled “The Homesman”, telling the tale of a two individuals who teams up to escort three insane women from Nebraska to Iowa. The lead character, George Briggs, is played by Tommy Lee Jones, with Hilary Swank playing the part of Mary Bee Cuddy. Grace Gummer, John Lithgow and Meryl Streep are also in the film, playing central characters in this western flick, directed by Tommy Lee Jones himself. He does not only direct the film, and act in it, he even co-wrote the screenplay together with Kieran Fitzgerald and Wesley Oliver. It is a film adaptation of Glendon Swarthout’s novel with the same name, “The Homesman”.
