:O :O :O

Been staring at this all morning! Man, it's amazing how giddy this makes me.

Pretty freaking sweet eh? I still have concerns about them making it for next year. I think it's going to be pushed.

JJ is awesome. I love how he reveals things.

Looks like a Z-95 Head hunter. But Z-95's do not have a 360 degree cockpit. Could be a newer or older X-wing design. I Thought I had seen this design before so I took a look at my "The Art of Star Wars Episode IV" book and bam. Its a concept X-wing designed by Ralph McQuarrie.

I wonder why i only have 3 bubbles this is my 1st time posting on film watch.

everyone starts with 3 if memory serves.

Is there anything special about the Z-95 X-Wing?

iagainsti1203583d ago

Besides being almost straight out of one of Ralph McQuarrie's paintings ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wik... )
JJ's X-Wing may be his rendition of the X-Wing XJ3 from the expanded universe. It could also be a Jedi Stealth X, these are smaller than the T-65 and XJ3 X-wings. Also lack of kill markers make me think this is a Jedi or civilian craft.

Yeah I think what with Han Solo busting his leg the movie may get pushed back but either way it'll be worth the wait, I can't stand Star Trek normally but JJ Made it watchable was actually pretty good, if he does half as good a job for Star Wars which I love this film could be epic, just hope he's doing the whole trilogy ;)
