i do not think we need to take that spoiler seriously, they included that in the tv spot to gain even more curiosity and add more hype. they did that before with agent coulson and nobody would forget the fake mandarin they promoted heavily before. if anyone really does die it might be more possible that it would happen on the avengers age of ultron.
