Meh. They rarely bother me.
Seeing it in 3D kind of bugged me. Since most CGI moments looked darker (it look like it was tacked-on), those lens flare just wildly juxtaposed other stuff happening on screen. Couldn't stand that one shot of Caroline Marcus talking to her dad...or something.
