Ok my problems with the film:

- Voice doesn't seem as deep / robotic as original
- The suit it has a lot of problems:
- It looks like a cross between Iron Man and Batman
- Should have been grey
- Moves too smoothly like its a man inside the suit (iron man)
- The head piece falls down just like... you guessed it iron man
- He talks like hes still human in his speach patterns
- The new Robocop acts like he is a human in a metal suit when he should be a cyborg. Which is more machine than human
- "alex you need to speak to your son" absolutely pathetic. Alex murphy was declared DEAD in original.
- ED-209 looks crap compared to the original. Its too agile compared to the original being bulky but terrifying. This one look like it could chase you down.

I think this is going to be a huge flop which is sad considering the great cast they have for the film. There should have been some protection on what the director / writers could change from the original. Its like making the terminator having black metal instead of silver because black is cool. I knew I would be disappointed when I first saw pictures of the new suit.

A while back I saw the set pics on here and thought "oh man... They are cocking up one of my favorite characters of all time". I thought ED 209 looked good though.

This trailer looks better than what I was expecting, but it would seem that they are going for a more human Robocop. Like, treating him as if he is a free willed person but controlling him in the background? Not sure how that story is supposed to go. Don't really like the suit or helmet. Like the supporting actors. HATE the human right hand lol. This seems to be a complete change from the original aside from a Policeman ending up turning into a cyborg and (apparently) OCP. Well, time will tell I guess but nothing will taint the awesome if Robocop 1 and 2.

looks like a movie for children and part of the charm of this series was the realism, the graphic depiction of violence and how scary Robocop and the ED-209 were.

Just watch the "you have 20 seconds to comply" scene.

I just hope it gets the R rating, thats why I liked the old Robocop movies, blood was shown and it was graphic as it should be

Movie looks awesome. This trailer passed what I expected and totally blew it up. I want to see this movie now.

Also I noticed Robocop gets armor upgrades and a stealth suit, but also his original armor and that looks sweet.

The new design can't hold a candle to the original. They should not have strayed so much from the original design.

Looks better than I thought it would... but that's not exactly saying much.

Won't go see this, but then again, there hasn't been a movie in the last five years I've felt worth my hard earned money.

The Original was made to take anti tank missiles to the chest and the 2014 version is made to do ballet and shake hands!
