From FilmBuff:
Now that we know that the Big Three – Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford – are set to return in some sort of capacity in Disney’s upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII, it is time to turn our attention to the other original trilogy characters we don’t have word of yet.
I would suspect that we will definitely see the return of R2-D2 and C-3P0, as George Lucas has often stated that they are the characters through whose eyes the audience sees the films. But what of some of the non-`droid characters, like gambler-turned-businessman-tur ned Rebel general Lando Calrissian, played by Bill Dee Williams?
With the new The Crow remake coming soon, we take a look back at the 30-year-old cult classic original–and where the stars are now.
Kaam Chalu Hai Review: Based on true events, this movie is thought-provoking and inspiring
Rebel Moon Part 2 Review: This movie doesn't feel anything new or worth remembering, which is a shame.
I hope he does. I'm sure it won't be any bigger than the role he played in the OT, but it'd be fun to see him pop in.
He was one of the characters I liked too. I didn't see them over and over but I did see them when they came out and I remember liking his character.
I'd like to see brand new characters in all honesty to really distinguish this new set from the original movies. I just hope the returning characters aren't involved too much in the new story.
