IGN:
The first episode of Continuum, the Canadian sci-fi series which starts airing in the US Monday night on Syfy, holds a lot of promise. While time travel isn't anywhere close to being a fresh premise, there are enough twists and flips to the convention here to make this show stand out. Those deviations, however, mostly fill up the first half of the episode, with the second half, involving law enforcement "Protector" Kiera Cameron from the year 2077 (Rachel Nichols) working with local Vancouver police in 2012, filled with more unbelievability than the actual fantastical premise.

I did watch this last night and I liked it but it didn't just blow me away. I don't know how well it will do. It is in a good time slot though. It's right between Being Human and Lost Girl so if you like both of those I guess you would watch that one too. I will have to see where they take the story.
