Geek Binge: I’m both happy and sad about this year’s season premiere of Fringe. On the one hand, I NEVER thought we would get this far with this show. Hell, I thought it would have been cancelled at the tail end of Season 3. But here we are two years later, and Fringe is still alive and kicking. In my opinion, that’s something of a television miracle. I don’t think I can really hate FOX anymore, not after keeping Fringe alive far longer than they had any right to. But the reason I’m sad about this premiere is because, well, this is the beginning of the end for Fringe. And I’m very worried whether or not Fringe will be able to deliver this season.
