Arrow: "Betrayal": IGN Review

IGN:
Plenty of stuff and things and whatnot went down in Arrow this week, but only one element really mattered. This was the episode where Manu Bennett finally made his debut as an unmasked Deathstroke. Of course, it quickly became apparent that the situation involving Deathstroke, Yao Fei, and everyone else on the island is even more complicated than previously suspected. What is it about TV shows featuring castaways on remote islands that brings out all the crazy plot twists? I half expected the smoke monster to emerge when Ollie reached the wrecked plane in the middle of the jungle.

I think I'm really stuck on this show. I like the flashbacks that explain a lot as they along. I like finding things out little by little like a puzzle.

the ending got me pretty hooked, already cant wait for next wednesday. i dont know how they do it for matching certain parts to each episode but i think the island thing was filmed all at once maybe well get a mini movie upon the season release

I never thought about that but that's very possible. It would be so confusing to do it any other way....good thinking.

thanks, its the one time i actually want to see the behind the scenes stuff into the story planning to see how they got it all done to make it conviently work for the whole season

I thought this episode was good, not great. Nothing special. The "Australian" accent was laughable though.
