the film DID get ignored initially, but it got "pushed" around by radicals to the media and it snowballed after that.

"Days of Future Past" is one of the most iconic X-stories ever, was always thinking it would make a good movie story.
maybe they can do something with time travel to reboot the future X-Men movies, something like what the last Star Trek move did. "time travel" and changing events is actually a frequent element of the X-Men comics.

it means it will not be another origin story, he will be new but established as a crime fighter, but more like an urban legend, something like the first Tim Burton Batman movie

He changes from good to bad and back becaus of the reptile cold blood influance on him, it kills his conscience, in the end he was cured from it

Better than the original Spider-Man movie, the charecters are much stronger, not only Peter Parker but also the charecter of Spider-Man, and the rest of the cast were all great.
Also loved how they mixed the seriose with the funny
it is better than the Stallone " I AM THE LaAwWw!" movie.
BUT i still don't think it fulfills the potential of the comic, they made it just another a summer popcorn flick like Robocop when it could have become the new Blade Runner.

My take is the engineers feared getting replaced eventually , like how humans fear getting replaced by robots.
That is the reason for the shock on the face of the awakened engineer, after seeing humans in front of him after traviling light years thru space, he feared it was already to late.

their is not enough time in a movie to develop 11 characters, maybe a TV series. many would just get very minor roles like Hawkeye and Maria Hill
one reason the Avengers Movie worked is because the characters were already pre-developed in their own movies, so a number of them need to be established, the 5 can hold their own movies but i don't think Aquaman, Martian Manhunter or Green Arrow can.
for the first movie it should be a small cast, just the big 5, S,B,GL,WM and F.
he will probably make it all about Biggs & Wedge with a lot of profanity
