better creative vision is why Marvel have a better cinema universe
also with Star Wars Lucasfilm are making the same mistakes as WB

was very excited up until the spoilerfic trailer showing the typical miss-understanding hero battle then joining to fight a hulk'd out ET(supposed to be Doomsday)
but the problem is not Snyder, it's the producers and several writers mandating by committee to rush a world building job that needed several solo movies before doing the ensemble film.
should have been done like this:

the whole of the DCMU seems to be based on Elsworlds stories not the actual characters in cannon through the decades.

most likely based on the Garth Ennis run as writer, it was one of the best mature comics at the time and considered the definitive Punisher arc.
It's more of the Quentin Tarantino kind, very violent with some black comedy, the Punisher in that run actually punishes and tortures gangsters to death.

Lucas was bad at directing actors but he knows how to bring a sense of scale and depict alien imagery, that was the best thing about the prequels
the Force Awakens made me appreciate the prequels for the first time
JJ made a long TV episode not a full length movie that stands on it's own
when movies like Kill Bill and Matrix 2 had cliffhangers you only had to wait 6-8 months not 2 years
the look she gave Luke is like a child finding his long lost parents
Kylo Ren was great in the start of the movie but ended up as a lame emo

a janitor fights a dark Jedi using a light-saber like a pro without the force
Ray just switches the force on and becomes a Jedi master
the writers used the same plot as a New Hope just with different characters
also remember the Captain America Winter Soldier trailer just presented it as a face off between Cap and Bucky, they told you nothing about Hydra and the ending changed the Marvel cinematic universe.

Daredevil is the best superhero TV show and with this they will keep hitting it off the park
the disappearing mustache is one of the dumbest things ever
