well, time travel worked well for kinda rebooting Star Trek, so it could work here, so any inconsistencies between the original trilogy and these films can be explained away by time travel.
ahh, time travel, the sci fi version of "a wizard did it". ^_^
yeah, but if they weren't taking adequate precautions then there could be a case.
sure, the job is dangerous, but they're not doing these stunts without making them as safe as they possibly can while still performing the stunt.
the stuntmen put their lives in the hands of the people working on the film.
ah, the famous Bones goes surfing scene.
"dammit, i'm a doctor not a surfer"
^_^
he played Conan recently, i could see him playing Kratos well enough too.
if the video's gone, why does it still show the bloody advert?
at the very least he's got to be involved somewhere in the scripting stage.
but i think with the phenomenal succes the first one has had, marvel will be very keen to get him back.
i could see them trying to get him involved in some advisory capacity on the whole slate of marvel films too.
i've decided, with just under a week to go, i'm gonna try to avoid any more DKR news, i don't want spoilers, some films i don't mind spoilers, but not this one.
just wanna add, it's gonna be a long week. O_O
could be, but i still can't wait to see Brave.
ah, that sounds like something new.
i can't wait to see it in action.
some of these little animated films they show before the features can often be pretty amazing.
and this looks like it could be one of the good ones.
not in the comics, but who knows where they're going with the movies.
if it wasn't filmed in 3d i'd rather not see it in 3d.
i can't see them using a villian from the last Raimi Spider-man yet.
people have suggested Electro, as just as the guy appears there's a bolt of lightning, and as he vanishes.
though that could be a red herring.
it looks great, i love the style.
but "the first time in animation history"?
you mean mixing cg and hand drawn animation?
people have been doing that since the 80s.
starchaser the legend of orin for example.

Wanda might be linked too closely with the X-Men to feature in an Avengers movie, she is Magneto's daughter after all.
i'd love to see Ms Marvel though.
i'd love to see that get released in the uk, i'd so buy it.
i quite liked the movie, and i thought Reynolds did a good job as Hal Jordan.
the only thing i'd really like to see in a sequel is to start linking all the dc characters together like marvel did, ideally leading to a Justice League movie at some point.
DC need to build their cinematic universe like marvel have.
it should be easier for DC because being owned by Warner they'll have all the movie rights in house already, i would have thought, so ...
now that's what Raimi's Spider-Man was lacking.
i knew you were going to say that. ^_^
after seeing how big the Avengers film has become, they'd be mad not to be preparing a Justice League movie.
i'd like to see the new Superman movie be the first of a series of film leading up to a JL movie, like marvel did with their films.
there were licensing issue with bring Bruce/Batman into smallville, that could be the case here too.
seems kinda silly though, they're all under the warner umbrella so why they couldn't make it work i don't know.
Batman might be a better fit here than Smallville anyway, it seems to have a much darker tone and he's also another non powered superhero, unless they've seriously changed the premise of Green Arrow for this series
