wouldn't Abrams be a little busy filming Star Wars next year?
can't wait to watch it.
the book was amazing, the way the tension gradually builds, and there were some great characters.
Junior Rennie is a real piece of work.
and Channel 5 have got the rights for the UK showing so everybody can watch it for free.
the only problem is they haven't announced when they'll be showing it yet.
sooner rather than later hopefully.
one trend that needs to die, putting these articles up over a dozen fucking pages.
one or two paragraphs per page?
you're taking the piss now.
the movie was pretty damn good, a great vision of a worldwide zombie outbreak, and Brad Pitt gave a great performance as the lead.
but there are some pretty major differences between the book and the movie.
like the zombies themselves being runners in the movie when they don't in the book.
like Max Brooks said, there's very little similarity between the book and movie other than the title and the basic premise of a worldwide zombie ou...
shame we won't see any more Iron Man movies, but i couldn't imagine the Avengers without him, so at least they've convinced him to appear there.
bet it cost them a lot of money.
worth every penny though.
they've dealt with mostly science based heroes and villians so far, even if it is science that's so far advanced of human technology that it seems like magic.
but this would be the first true magic based character, that i'm aware of, to appear in the Marvel cinematic universe.
it'll certainly be interesting to see how they handle it.
if Tony had the kind of reaction he did to aliens, how on earth would he react to the existence of magic.
meltdown in 3, 2, 1.
didn't Raditz want to kill everybody on earth and sell the planet to Frieza or something?
aww hell yeah.
no pictures please!
that worked. o_O
anyway, looks very much like the comic book version.
the glove on the left hand only would also imply they've kept the bionic arm he had in the comic.
nice.
how about Drew Barrymore?
she's had a pretty good career, apart from a few blips.
now she doing a bit of directing and producing as well as acting.
the five biggest problems?
why is it spread over seven pages then?
you won't be getting your hits off me.
in all the Avengers comics i've read where they mention or talk to her, they've only ever called her Wanda.
i'll admit i haven't read loads of Avengers books, but i don't think only calling her by her name will be too out of place in an Avengers movie.
anyway, i could see Saoirse in that role.
my only question is how would Wanda and her powers fit in the Avengers universe.
her powers are almost magical, an...
i think you might see one every so often, especially if they have a movie coming out. ^_^
anyway, can not wait for this.
the film looks good, but it also looks to be nothing like the book.
i think the point is to promote the movie.
i didn't like what they did with the Manderin, but it didn't stop me enjoying the movie.
and with the role as it was written, Ben Kingsley did a fantastic job.
well, they've changed almost everything else in the new TMNT movie, so, best prepare to be disappointed.
V'Ger's still out there.
and the probe from IV might still be on it's way to earth.
i wonder what Abrams would do with the Borg.
that could be interesting. o_O
