There was no other choice than to kill Zod. How can you stop a rampaging maniac far worst than the Hulk? Supes was lucky that Zod was only getting used to his new powers. If Zod were to became very familiar with his powers he'll sure to hand Supes his own ass like Faora did.

The movie was good except for the Mandarin part.
I don't want to see Lex alone. It's either Lex+Metallo, Lex+Bizarro or Lex+Darkseid.
I believe Supes x Brainiac is gonna be one heck of a battle alone even without Lex.
And if you want something really cool. Supes x Lobo x another villain.

Affleck's Daredavil may be crap. But, that falls under the production. His acting in Daredevil might not be that great and I'm sure he's gonna make it much better on a high profile film like MoS 2.
