Another "article" lifted almost word for word from Wikipedia. Plagiarism should not be tolerated or rewarded on FilmWatch.
@Viccrack- If college students are copying text word for word from Wikipedia then yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.
In response to your reply to my comment- what the "author" did is called plagiarism. He took someone else's work word for word and passed it off as his own. It's improper, dishonest and a severe breach of the ethics of journalism.
Good catch. He copied each film's synopsis, box office information and critical reception straight from each film's individual Wikipedia pages. What a complete farce of an "article."

The screenwriting "talent" behind The Green Lantern shouldn't be writing scripts for soap operas far less a Blade Runner sequel.

I completely agree about the movie looking fantastic, it just didn't much for me in terms of sci-fi originality.
It's not not terrible by any means. It just has some issues that keep me from being able to recommend it. The cast is one of its best attributes.
I'm not surprised at all. NBC obviously forgot they had tried to make a similar show five years ago called My Own Worst Enemy starring Christian Slater. Didn't work out too well then either.
The IMAX theater I saw Hansel & Gretel in didn't show any GI Joe footage.
Top Gun is only getting a one week IMAX release because of the release of A Good Day to Die Hard on 02/14/13. If the normal 3D release does well maybe theaters will hold it over like they did for Raiders of the Lost Ark last fall.
I believe that as much as I believed him when he said Jay and Silent Bob's last appearance would be in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
Clerks 3 will be his last movie... until his next one.
Lie to yourself if you want to but checking for plagiarism is easier than you'd think. A quick check of first five films listed shows stolen text from Wikipedia, ThatFilmGuy.com, YouTube and Amazon.com.
